Espace Vacances is an agency offering turnkey short-term rental accommodations and additional services.<\/p>\n

<\/h2>\n

1- Accommodation :<\/h2>\n

Apartments are available from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in starts at 5.00 P.M. and check-out no later than 10.00 A.M.
\nWeek-end or shorter stay (less than a week) can be booked only the week before the day of arrival.
\nThe agency rates are subject to change without prior notice.
\nApplication fees are applied to all bookings and amount to 15\u20ac per accommodation per week.
\nTourist tax is applied to all person aged 18 or over. The price is calculated thanks to National Classification of furnished accommodation and different for any apartment.<\/p>\n

Keys must be picked up at the front desk of the agency Espace Vacances, located inside the H\u00f4tel Les Cr\u00eates Blanches, Rue du Parc des Sports, Val d\u2019Is\u00e8re, France.
\nKey collection starts at 5.00 P.M. on the day of arrival.
\nKey disposal is no later than 10.00 A.M. on the day of departure.
\nIn case of late check-in, after 7.00 P.M. the tenant must inform the agency Espace Vacances, as soon as he\/she has the information, in order to organize the key collection outside opening hours.
\nIf no arrangement has been made to hand over the keys after the actual end of the contract, the penalty for late handover is 60\u20ac per hour.
\nIn case of a particular situation beyond the control of Espace Vacances, the agency is allowed to rehouse the client under the same or better conditions without extra charge (heating defect, electrical breakdown, water damage\u2026)<\/p>\n

Espace Vacances offers the following services:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Linen rental: bed linen and towels are extra under request. This option is available for 15\u20ac per person and per week.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Final cleaning: option under request and extra charge. Price depends on the apartment booked. It includes the cleaning of the entire apartment but the tenant must wash the dishes and take the rubbish out.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Parking space: Car parks in Val d\u2019Is\u00e8re are not free of charge during the winter season. Espace Vacances is able to book parking space close to apartments. Car parks are free during the summer season.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Lift passes: they are subject to the general conditions of sale of the lift company STVI with which Espace Vacances has a contract. The agency is not responsible of any malfunction or closing of the ski area.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/h2>\n

    2- Booking procedure :<\/h2>\n

    Every reservation request is subject to an offer sent by email. It is free and without obligation commitment.
    \nIn case the client is interested, a quotation will be sent by email. This option is valid between 3 and 5 days.
    \nIf no deposit is received before the ending date of the option, it will be cancelled automatically and the quotation will no longer be valid.
    \nThe accommodation booking is confirmed after the potential tenant has paid a deposit of 25% to 100% of the total amount.
    \nEspace Vacances will send the booking confirmation by email which is the contract.
    \nIf the booking is made more than 30 days before the arrival date, a deposit of 25% is requested to confirm the booking.
    \nIf the booking is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the whole stay must be paid including the application fees.
    \nThe balance must be paid one month before arrival.
    \nEspace Vacances will contact the tenants before the due date.
    \nA secured link Paybox will be sent to the tenant by the agency if he\/she wishes to pay by credit card.
    \nIf the tenant wants to pay by bank transfer, Espace Vacances will send its bank details by email.
    \nIf the transaction is refused by any banking institution, the reservation cannot be validated.
    \nIf the balance is not received before the due date, late payment penalties of 15\u20ac will be applied.
    \nIf the balance is not paid at least 20 days before arrival, Espace Vacances can cancel the booking and keep the deposit.<\/p>\n

    3- Payments methods :<\/h2>\n

    Espace Vacances accepts credit cards payment (Visa and Mastercard), bank transfer and Internet payment through the secured SSL platform Paybox.<\/p>\n

    4- Cancellation condition :<\/h2>\n

    For every cancellation, fees of 50\u20ac are applied.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Cancellation more than 90 days before arrival, the whole deposit deducted from cancellation fees will be reimbursed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Cancellation more than 45 days before arrival, the deposit is not refundable but can be transformed into a credit, after deduction of the cancellation fees, only in case of resale of stay.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is not refundable.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the whole stay must be paid and is not refundable.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Espace Vacances does not offer cancellation insurance. Tenants are advised to protect themselves against those risks by contacting any insurance company of their choice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      <\/h2>\n

      5- Cancellation policy related to the COVID-19 epidemic :<\/h2>\n

      Below is the official list of the cases that will be considered for a full refund, after the deduction of the bank charges that may occur (between brackets are the justification that Espace Vacances will ask for):\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Closure of borders by French government<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Closure of borders by tenant\u2019s government country, or transit country (official link of the website page)<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Tenant\u2019s government prohibits non-essential travel<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Flight cancellation before of Covid-19 (proof from the flight company)<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Closure of airports\/ train stations in France or the tenant\u2019s country (official link of the website page)<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Limitation of travel around tenant\u2019s home<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Quarantine imposed by France or tenant\u2019s country (official link if the website page)<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Tenant\u2019s being tested positive to Covid-19 within 14 days of arrival (medical certificate)<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Closure of the accommodation by government decision<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Closure of the resort because of Covid-19.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        If you get sick during your stay, usual cancellation policy is applied.<\/span><\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        6- Clauses of acceptance of the general rental conditions :<\/h2>\n

        Payment of the deposit implies full acceptance of these general rental conditions including cancellation policy.
        \nEspace Vacances will send booking confirmation by email only which acts as a reservation contract.
        \nNo mail will be sent by the post office.
        \nThe deposit of the rented accommodation will in addition be attached to this email.<\/p>\n
